At NepalShop, we're committed to delivering your authentic Nepalese treasures to your doorstep safely and efficiently. We ship to most countries worldwide from our warehouse in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- United States & Canada: $15 (Free on orders over $100)
- Europe: $18 (Free on orders over $120)
- Australia & New Zealand: $20 (Free on orders over $150)
- Rest of World: $25 (Free on orders over $200)
- Express Shipping: 5-7 business days
- United States & Canada: $30
- Europe: $35
- Australia & New Zealand: $40
- Rest of World: $45
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time, which typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons or due to customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NepalShop purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Food items, sale items, and custom-made products are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at returns@nepalshop.com to request a return authorization
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the provided address with tracking
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
